Paid showers and vendors will receive one full table. If you would like an extra table, please email Shannon Southard to be added to the wait list. Extra tables will be $25 if available.

IMPORTANT!! A list of horses is needed for all entrants. All lists should have the following information: Your Name, Your EMCAT#, Horse's Number, Horse's Name, Breed, Gender, and Make (OFP, AR, CM, CH, R, etc.)
A horse's number should be your three digit entrant number followed by a three digit number. Example: 999-001, 999-002, 999-003 and so on, with 999 being your entrant number. If you do not have an EMCAT number yet, please email Daralyn Wallace for one.
Please email your horse list to Brad. It's much easier for him than typing it all in, and we want him to keep doing results for us. Please list horses in numerical order.
If you cannot email your list to Brad, you can either hand write it or print one from your computer. If hand writing, please be neat! I want to be able to read it so everyone's horses' names will be right when Brad does the results.
